Who can attend:

  • September 30 and October 1 (Days 1-2): Open to all members
  • October 2 (Day 3): Silver Directors and above based on results for July or August; Directors with GV 750 and above based on results for July, August, or September

Language: The primary language of the event is English, with translations available in Russian and Spanish (subject to recruitment of at least 10 Spanish-speaking participants)

Payment options:

  • Bonus Account: Available to all Club Members with a rank of Director or higher

  • Online via PayPal: Make payment within 14 days of submitting your application, or the system will automatically cancel it

Payment for "third-party" applications:

  •  Club Members with confirmed ranks of Gold Director and above (according to the last reporting month) can pay for their admission, plus 2 other Club Member tickets using a future bonus payment deduction.

  • Club Members (not necessarily participants) with a confirmed rank of Executive and above (according to the last reporting month) can pay for an unlimited number of Club Member tickets.

  1. Honor punctuality – a key facet of professional etiquette.
  2. Engage actively by listening intently and participating in activities.
  3. Be mindful of your non-verbal cues.
  4. Please follow the business casual style of attire.
  5. Avoid group outings during presentations. Please use breaks instead.
  6. You can purchase any Coral Club products during the break in the program. 

Coral Club advises against bringing children under the age of 6 to the event.

Children aged 6-13 are welcome to participate at no cost.

For teenagers aged 13-18, a reduced ticket price of 50% applies at the time of registration (excluding conference package).

For attendees aged 18 and above, the full ticket price is required, irrespective of rank.

We strongly encourage constant supervision of all young attendees. The safety and wellbeing of these individuals remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

In order to enhance your event experience and recognize your accomplishments, we've outlined the following priority seating guidelines:

VIP seats in rows 1-2 — under name reservations for Executives.

Seats from the 3rd row onwards — open seating.
