European Gold for Gold conference participant rules
Any event run by Coral Club is a place of motivation, learning and development of MLM skills, as well as a safe space for all participants regardless of their views and nationalities.
Therefore, we have created rules to be observed during the conference:
1. Maintain mutual respect.
2. It is forbidden to make any political statements, news and assessments and to provoke other participants to discuss political topics.
3. It is forbidden to judge or insult other participants, to use profanity in public and to make statements that are contrary to morality, business ethics and the law.
4. Take care of your health: if you feel unwell or fear for your health, do not take part in the conference.
Observance of these rules is an integral part of the event.

Availability after this date is not guaranteed. All participation requests submitted after the deadline will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Who can attend:
- Gold Directors and above who maintain at least Gold Director rank as of March 2026.
- Newly promoted Gold Directors as of March 2026.
If you plan to attend the conference, please register as a "Participant."
Registrations as "Invited Guest" will not allow later payment for conference participation. Guests pay only for accommodation and are not permitted to access the conference hall during the event.
Partners who achieved Gold Director rank or higher between October 2025 and March 2026 (inclusive) and registered by April 8, 2026, will be recognized on stage.
Costs:
Conference participation: 500 EUR
Includes access to the conference hall, sessions, seminars, and workshops.
Accommodation: 675 EUR
Includes 6 nights, full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Price depends on the room category.
Tax fee of 15 EUR per day/room is included.
* Full Board means all three meals are included in the hotel stay price.
Souvenir T-shirt: 28 EUR (optional, available in various sizes)
Accommodation Booking: Booking is only possible through company managers and the event organization department. Coral Club offers an optimal rate including full board and taxes.

After your request, a manager will confirm room availability. Availability for other dates is not guaranteed.
Language: Conference language is English. Translation to any language is available for groups of 20 or more.

Active club members* paying from bonus accounts can use installments:
October: up to 5 months
November: up to 4 months
December: up to 3 months
January: up to 2 months
From February: no installments available
*If rank is below Gold Director when choosing installments, a guarantee from an upline Executive is required to cover payments if funds are insufficient.
From February onward, the rank must be at least Gold Director for the last three closed months when using this payment method.
Payment of third-party applications from the bonus account:
- Distributors with a rank of Emerald Director or higher (within the last 3 months) can pay for their own plus two additional applications.
- Distributors with a rank of Executive or higher (within the last 3 months) can pay for unlimited applications from their account.
No refunds for paid applications (including if the promotion is not fulfilled). Substitution is possible until March 30, 2026. If you find a replacement participant, please notify the organizers.

Participation Conditions for Relatives at "Gold for Gold" Conferences

If both spouses are engaged in the business, they may attend together by purchasing separate conference packages for each.

To admit one spouse, the promotion requirements that grant participation rights must be met.

Spouses who are not club members are not permitted to participate.

Children under 6 years old: We understand that sometimes you may wish to bring young children along, but please consider the nature of the event—it may be tiring for children of this age. Therefore, the company does not recommend their attendance at the conference.

Children aged 6 to 18: Teenagers may join, with their participation costing 50% of the current conference package price.

Adult children and close relatives (parents, siblings, etc.) may participate under the general conditions by meeting the promotion requirements in effect at the time of the event.

VIP seating in the conference hall will be provided to participants:

From Gold Executive and above, who maintain a rank of at least Gold Executive based on the results of January, February, and March 2026, with a total BQV of 300,000 points or more.

From Silver Executive, who maintain a rank of at least Silver Executive based on the results of January, February, and March 2026, with a total BQV of 75,000 points or more.
Important! Hotel booking is available only through Coral Club managers and the Events Department.
Coral Club offers participants an optimal rate that includes full board meals and local taxes.
If you need to change your hotel stay period, please inform the Coral Club Events Department by phone at +420 739 676 722 (WhatsApp) or by email at info@coral-club.com before purchasing flight tickets and no later than April 8, 2026.
The manager will send a request to the hotel to confirm your room. Room availability for other dates is not guaranteed.
Please note that for children aged 12 years and over, hotel accommodation and meal rates are calculated at the adult rate.

For your own safety and confidence, we strongly recommend you to have medical insurance for such trips, so that unpleasant moments cannot spoil the Company's training and vacation together with the teams. If you have European medical insurance (Medical Heath Care), please do not forget to take it with you on your trip. If you do not have such insurance, we ask that you arrange your own insurance for this trip by contacting any insurance company in your country. In case of unforeseen circumstances, our company will provide all the necessary support. We are ready to assist in calling an ambulance, a doctor and provide an interpreter if necessary. It is important to note that the expenses will be covered either by the insurance company or by the participant's personal funds. Your well-being and safety are our top priority.
