Any event run by Coral Club is a place of motivation, learning and development of MLM skills, as well as a safe space for all participants regardless of their views and nationalities.
Therefore, we have created rules to be observed during the conference:
1. Maintain mutual respect.
2. It is forbidden to make any political statements, news and assessments and to provoke other participants to discuss political topics.
3. It is forbidden to judge or insult other participants, to use profanity in public and to make statements that are contrary to morality, business ethics and the law.
4. Take care of your health: if you feel unwell or fear for your health, do not take part in the conference.
Observance of these rules is an integral part of the event.

For whom:
- Gold Directors and higher who maintain rank not lower than Gold Director based on the results of October, 2024,
as well as open Gold Directors based on the results of October, 2024.
On-stage recognition will be given to Distributors who have closed a Gold Director rank or higher between May and October 2024 inclusive.
Fee: 1314 euros per person. This price includes: accommodation in a double room for 6 nights, gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and participation in the conference.

Language: English is the main language of the event.
Simultaneous interpretation in other languages will be provided for groups of 20 people or more, based on the lists of registered participants and information about the languages selected in the registration system.
Forms of payment:

By cash at the sales offices: To confirm the application, full payment must be made within 14 days of registration (without payment, the application will be canceled); no installments are available for this type of payment.2. From your bonus account: Money will be automatically deducted on the 7th day of the current month at the time of submitting the application; For participants from Gold Director (according to the latest reporting month) at the time of payment from the bonus account there is an installment plan for 5 months. Payment of the application will be made automatically each month in equal installments (June 7, July 7, August 7, September 7, October 7) when the application is submitted before July 1. After June 30, 2024, the maximum number of installment months is reduced by 1 month; when choosing the form of payment from a bonus account from September 8, 2024, the rank should not be lower than Gold Director according to 3 latest closed months.
PAYMENT FOR SEVERAL APPLICATIONS: Distributors with the rank Emerald Director (within 3 latest months) can pay for 2 applications; Distributors with the rank from open Executive (within 3 latest months) can pay any number of applications.

Melia Villaitana - imagine a typical village located at the foot of the mountains on the east coast of Spain with sunny terraces overlooking the high-rise buildings of Benidorm and the Mediterranean Sea.

Conference participants are accommodated in Guest rooms of 28 square meters overlooking the gardens. All rooms have a balcony, minibar, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Laundry and ironing services are available at an additional cost.
FULL BOARD includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks (water, tea, coffee, juices) during all meals.
In addition to the main restaurant Mosaico where breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served, the hotel has an a la carte Papamambo restaurant for an additional fee.

For your own safety and confidence, we strongly recommend you to have medical insurance for such trips, so that unpleasant moments cannot spoil the Company's training and vacation together with the teams. If you have European medical insurance (Medical Heath Care), please do not forget to take it with you on your trip. If you do not have such insurance, we ask that you arrange your own insurance for this trip by contacting any insurance company in your country. In case of unforeseen circumstances, our company will provide all the necessary support. We are ready to assist in calling an ambulance, a doctor and provide an interpreter if necessary. It is important to note that the expenses will be covered either by the insurance company or by the participant's personal funds. Your well-being and safety are our top priority.

To arrange such translations it is necessary for the Executive to send an application to the Company not later than September 30. The application shall be made in a free format.
The application should contain:

— the number of people who need translation;
— the list of participants who need translation.

Cancellations from the time of registration to July 12 will be charged 40% of the total cost of the trip.
Cancellations from July 30 to September 13 will be charged 55% of the total cost of the trip.
Cancellations from September 14 through October 18 will be charged 90% of the total trip cost.
Cancellations from October 19 will be charged 100% of the total cost of the trip.1. In case the borders are officially closed due to the pandemic and participants are unable to leave their country or enter Spain, they are solely responsible for the accommodation purchased - the cost will not be refunded by the hotel.
2. In case of illness or other reasons that caused inability to fly to the event, the cost of accommodation, medical insurance and participation in the conference will not be refunded. In order to minimize the risks of possible situations, we recommend participants to purchase their own travel insurance.
3. If a Club Member has registered for the event and paid for participation, but fails to fulfill the promotion condition, the cost of participation in the event will not be refunded. A replacement for another member is available until September 30, 2024. As you find a replacement, please notify the managers to update the documents.
