Transfer for European Gold for Gold 2026: Comfortable Travel Without Worries!

For participants of European Gold for Gold 2026, we have prepared a convenient option to book transfers to and from Porto Carras Meliton Hotel.
You can pre-arrange transportation from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) or from another location and back.

Transfers are available on the official event dates:
  • April 20, 2026 — check-in day
  • April 26, 2026 — check-out day
(If your dates differ, the request will be considered on an individual basis)

Key Information about EGFG Transfers:

You can now choose your pick-up location:
  • Thessaloniki Airport (SKG)
  • Another location: please specify the full address and name of the departure point (station, hotel, etc.)
The transfer will be confirmed if:
  • The address is along the route — you may be picked up by already scheduled transportation;
  • From 3 people at one point — a separate vehicle will be arranged.
Important: Transportation is provided within its capacity:
  • Up to 3 people — taxi,
  • Up to 7 — minivan,
  • Up to 17 — minibus.
Registration Conditions:
  1. A separate application must be submitted for each passenger, regardless of the traveler's age.
  2. Applications can be submitted only by participants and their guests registered for European Gold for Gold 2026.
  3. Registration for the inbound transfer (to the hotel) is available until April 13, 2026, inclusive. Registration for the outbound transfer (from the hotel) will be available until April 22, 2026, inclusive.
  4. After April 13, applications for transfers provided by the company will not be accepted. Interested parties will need to arrange transportation independently.
  5. If your plans change (shift in dates/times of arrival/departure), please inform the Events Department or your regional managers immediately. In the absence of updated information, the service will be provided based on the existing data. Funds for unused services are not refundable.
  6. In case of flight delays upon arrival (depending on the total waiting time, route schedules, and vehicle occupancy), the transfer will wait for your arrival or an alternative will be provided.
Cost
  • 32 € per person one way on scheduled transportation (van, minibus, bus)
  • 32 € per person one way on scheduled transportation from the hotel (for arrivals/departures on non-standard dates/times)
  • For groups of up to 3 people — transfer can be provided by taxi: 48 € per person one way
The base fare of 32 € will be charged immediately after registration.

After April 13, 2026, the schedule will be finalized and the total cost calculated. Based on the formed schedule (time and route, type of vehicle). If an additional payment is required, you will receive an email with information on the cost and payment terms.

Payment Methods:

  • Cash in the office (in the office's national currency).
If you choose this option, you must pay the base fare in the company office before the trip. Payment in cash will not be accepted during the event.

  • From the bonus account
A participant in the rank of Closed Director or higher as of the last reporting month can pay for their own application from the bonus account. Funds will be deducted automatically on the 7th of the following month from the application date.

Conditions for paying "third-party" applications from the bonus account:

  • A Distributor in the rank of Gold Director (within the last 3 months) can pay from their own check up to 3 applications (including their own);
  • A Distributor in the rank of Master (within the last 3 months) can pay an unlimited number of applications from their own check.
Cancellation of the transfer application is possible until April 13, 2026.
