All rooms have a mini-bar, TV, wi-fi, telephone, air conditioning, thermometer, safe, balcony, desk, desk lamp, electric kettle, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

A bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet, a mirror, a hairdryer, and toiletries is provided for guests.

Check-in starts from 14:00, check-out is before 12:00.

If there are available rooms, early check-in is possible for an additional fee:

— 50% from the daily room rate during the period from 06:00 till 10:00;

— 100%, in case check-in is before 06:00.

Health Insurance Terms

The cost of insurance for foreign citizens through the company is 5 euros per day (a total of 40 euros for the period of stay from February 16 to 23, 2025). The insurance fee is paid in full and is non-refundable in case of trip cancellation or purchase of an alternative insurance policy.

IMPORTANT! Insurance purchased independently must include coverage for COVID-19-related expenses.

A copy of your insurance policy, if purchased independently, must be sent to the event organization department by January 13, 2025. Contact: + 42 073 967 67 22 (WhatsApp) . If this information is not provided by the deadline, an insurance policy will be automatically issued through the company.

Please note: having medical insurance is a mandatory condition for the issuance of the accommodation voucher. Without a confirmed policy, the accommodation voucher will not be issued.

Insurance terms from the "Soglasie" company (in the country of stay — Turkey):

1. A deductible of 25 euros is applied for the first medical consultation.

2. The maximum coverage for insurance claims:
   - For Russian citizens: 35,000 euros (including COVID-related coverage).
   
3. For foreign citizens:
   - 5,000 euros in case of COVID-related illness;
   - 30,000 euros for other insurance cases.

4. In case of mandatory quarantine (with a positive COVID test), the insurance will cover 100 euros per day per person for hotel accommodation during the quarantine period.

5. If the COVID test is positive, the insurance company will also cover the cost of the return flight according to the terms outlined in the policy.

6. If quarantine is mandatory but the COVID test is negative, the costs for accommodation and the return flight are not covered.

Important: having medical insurance that covers COVID is mandatory for the entire trip. Please carefully review the insurance terms from the "Soglasie" company.

If these terms do not meet your needs, you are free to purchase insurance from any other provider of your choice.

Participation in the conference is additionally paid – 180 euros.

Attention! In case of failure to meet the promotion conditions, a refund for the paid application is not provided.

Only a replacement with another participant is possible no later than January 13, 2025.
If you find a replacement, please inform the organizers.

Participants arriving on their own will provide their own transfer to the hotel. Transfer to the hotel can be ordered through the transportation company "Transferia" (employees speak Russian) by phone:

The conference "Gold for Gold" will be held in Rixos Premium Belek 5* hotel, located 35 km away from the airport.

Attention! All passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the country departure.

Cancellations
1. For cancellations from the moment of registration until December 1, 2024, 80% of the total trip cost is withheld.
2. For cancellations from December 2 to December 18, 2024, 85% of the total trip cost is withheld.
3. For cancellations from December 19, 2024, to January 7, 2025, 90% of the total trip cost is withheld.
4. For cancellations from January 8 to January 27, 2025, 95% of the total trip cost is withheld.
5. For cancellations from January 28, 2025, and later, 100% of the total trip cost is withheld.

1. In the case of official border closures due to a pandemic and the impossibility of leaving one's country or entering Turkey, participants are solely responsible for any purchased accommodation — the hotel will not refund the cost.
2. In case of illness or other reasons preventing attendance at the event, the cost of the tourist package (accommodation, medical insurance, airfare) and participation in the conference will not be refunded. To minimize risks, we recommend that participants purchase separate trip cancellation insurance.
3. If a participant registered for the event, paid for hotel accommodation, but did not meet the promotional condition, the hotel will not refund the cost of accommodation or participation in the conference. However, replacement with another participant is allowed until January 13, 2025. Once a replacement is found, please inform the managers to update the documents.
